As one of the first large-scale eateries on the emerging business thoroughfare Avenida de Republica, right at the Saldanha roundabout, Galeto quickly became a jack-of-all-trades: serving breakfast from half past seven, food until half past three in the morning, with prices rising after 10 pm. Interesting 360° counter, original decor that's somewhat outdated but charmingly retro. Culinary assessment is a mixed bag: they have everything and cater to everyone. It’s okay if you know that in advance. In the late hours, it’s surely one of the better options in Lisbon.
