Setúbal's premier dining establishment offers Michelin-quality cuisine without the feeling of being underdressed. Price-wise, it’s reasonable for the high standard it offers. We appreciate the regional focus of the menu, the language of the plates, and the fact that you’d typically pay double for a comparable experience in Lisbon. What we don’t quite understand is the presence of Spanish beer. For a very agreeable entry, the lunch menu from Tuesday to Saturday is recommended, but reservations are a must.
