Nice little spot in Alfama with some outdoor tables. You’re right in the tourist traps, and here, too, no one will leave feeling they’ve been personally welcomed by friendly hosts. The food is reasonably decent and affordable in the sense that the show doesn’t cost extra. Not a big happening and no insane culinary experiences, but a recommendation if you want some Fado without much planning and without spending a bunch of money. The music starts early and spills out onto the street in good weather.
