Kømplex is a bit reminiscent of Berlin’s wilder days: nothing really matters as long as it’s loud. Once you’re in, you won’t be leaving anytime soon. Lots of people, often shirtless, dancing, smoking, drinking, and of course, you can buy just about anything. Hard techno from guest DJs; find info and tickets at Shotgun. The organization is unique: you exchange money for tokens, which you then use to get drinks. Probably because anything else would be too complicated. Since you’re in Lisbon’s rave district, you can find the slightly more civilized Temple Club and the rich kid version, Kremlin, right next door.
